We only offer replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. As we only offer replacements, we do not provide refunds for products. If your item is eligible for a replacement, we will arrange for the defective or damaged item to be replaced with a new one.


We are unable to process exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. Our policy is limited to replacing damaged or defective items only.
