These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Hi-Nutrition ("Company," "we," or "us") through our website, mobile applications, and other related platforms (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
14. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hi-Nutrition regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
